Farewell Address of Prime Minister Ahn-Ro Baek
Dear fellow members of the National Congress,
With the establishment of the new government, today I conclude all my duties as Prime Minister of the Great Renostopian State and step down from this position.
I remember the day, roughly two years ago, when I delivered my inaugural address before this assembly. The most urgent task laid before us at that time was the stabilization and preservation of state governance. Ensuring that the functions of the state were not shaken amidst the transition from military rule to democracy, and establishing a firm foundation—that was the mission assigned to our Cabinet back then.
Today, I stand before you to declare that this mission has been fulfilled. Our Republic is now moving forward from a process of recovery into a process of growth. State institutions are fully performing their functions, and the National Congress has solidified its position as a venue for debating the will of the people. Above all, we have reached a point where the future of our Republic is no longer entrusted to a single individual, government, or party, but is resolved through our collective consensus.
On September 1, the constitutional amendment via a national referendum was completed. This was the fulfillment of a long-standing promise regarding what kind of nation we will build going forward. And today, September 12, the new government is launched under the revised Constitution. This very day marks the true inauguration of the Second Republic.
The Constitution was amended on September 1st. However, changing a nation does not end with altering constitutional clauses. Only when a new government is launched in accordance with the new Constitution, and state authority is peacefully transferred to that government, does one political era truly end and a new one begin. For this reason, I wish to remember today as the very first day of Year One of the Second Republic. And I believe that stepping down from the premiership on this first day is the final service I can render to our nation.
Dear fellow members of the National Congress,
Today, I offer my final greetings to you as Prime Minister. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the cabinet ministers who led the government alongside me over the past two years, and to all public officials who quietly and steadfastly performed their duties in their respective places. I also thank not only those who agreed with the government's decisions, but also you, the members of this assembly, who at times provided the sharpest and most insightful criticisms.
While there remain pressing domestic and international issues to address—such as the confrontation between EAM and GUM, and the concrete realization of local autonomy—I trust that you, my esteemed colleagues, will resolve them wisely.
I wish the continuous development of the Second Republic and the eternal peace of our citizens. Thank you.

Inaugural Address of Prime Minister Jun-Min Park
Dear people of Great Renostopian State,
I have newly assumed office as Prime Minister. First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for trusting me with this heavy responsibility.
Through constitutional amendment, the Great Renostopian State has taken its first step toward evolving into a community closely tied to our daily lives. Moving forward, the Cabinet of Renostopia must pursue policies that citizens can genuinely feel in their everyday lives.
The direction I wish to pursue as Prime Minister is as follows:
First, I will cherish and care for our citizens more deeply. I will meet with you, keep in touch, and continuously identify what our citizens truly need.
Second, I will solidify the foundation of the Great Renostopian State. I will expand our fiscal operations, make them more robust, and ensure that financial resources are utilized precisely where they are needed.
Third, I will open up more opportunities so that every citizen can work together with us. Anyone who wishes to work for the Great Renostopian State will be given the opportunity, and I will personally conduct interviews with them. We will respect differences of opinion and continue our discussions in a more productive direction.
Within this week, I will finalize the formation of the first Cabinet of the Second Republic of Renostopia, and we will take a powerful step forward toward a new era.
